Our Commitment to Children and Community

Since 2015, SuCo has delivered professional support services to the Department of Family & Community Services and a range of Non-Government Organisations across New South Wales. We are proud to now operate as a Community Services Support (CSS) provider to the Department of Communities and Justice.

Our work is grounded in strong partnerships, professional integrity, and a shared commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people across NSW.

A Child Safe Organisation

SuCo aligns its practices with the Child Safe Standards and principles of the Office of the Children’s Guardian. We are committed to continually strengthening and maintaining a child safe culture across every level of our organisation.
This includes:

  • Promoting children’s rights, participation, and empowerment
  • Embedding safety-focused policies and procedures
  • Ensuring robust recruitment, screening, and training practices
  • Maintaining clear reporting and safeguarding processes
  • Providing ongoing professional development for our team

Child-Centred and Flexible Service Delivery

Our dedicated and experienced team consistently adopts a child-centred, trauma-informed, and flexible approach. We understand that no two children or families are the same, and we tailor our services to meet the unique needs, strengths, and circumstances of each child, young person, and family we support.

By combining professional expertise with compassionate practice, SuCo remains committed to delivering safe, responsive, and high-quality services that place children’s wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do.
